Refund Policy

If you change your mind, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment, provided you have not yet completed the final assessment and received your certificate.

If you were charged twice, or charged an amount different from the one shown at checkout, we will refund the difference in full.

Refunds are made to the original payment method in the currency you were charged. To request a refund, email habakkukweb@outlook.com with the email address on your account and your payment reference.
